The next generation of the ATS (Standard plan), more powerful, at the rate you already pay

5 steps

From your kickoff meeting to your first job posting

Why now

For the past two years, all of our recruiting development has gone into the new Folks ATS. The Legacy ATS, meanwhile, no longer receives new features. Rather than maintaining two platforms in parallel, we're bringing everyone onto the one that keeps evolving.

What you gain

All your candidate conversations in one place

Connect Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn and your text messages. Every message is unified in one place and added to the candidate's history, with real-time notifications.

Post once, publish everywhere

Your jobs go straight to Indeed, with no middleman, as well as to LinkedIn, Jobillico, Jobboom and several others. Updates and closings sync on their own.

A careers page generated in a few clicks

Generate a careers page in your own colours in a few clicks, no developer required. And if you'd rather keep yours, it simply plugs into the new API.

Compare your candidates side by side

Your criteria in rows, your candidates in columns, and scorecards to rate them against criteria you set yourself. All in a modern interface.

Your dashboard, set to your priorities

Configure your home page to see what matters to you at a glance: open positions, candidates to review, upcoming interviews. With the Kanban view of your pipeline right beside it.

Reports that hold up

Advanced recruiting reports: time to hire, conversion rates by stage and candidate sources. The diversity, equity and inclusion module completes the picture.

Less data entry, fewer things missed

Configurable processes and forms for applications and interviews, plus bulk emails to candidates.

Recruiting inside the tools you already use

Interview invitations and calendars synced with Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace. Single sign-on with Microsoft.

Law 25 handled inside the tool

Consent forms with a validity period, and tracking of candidates whose consent has expired.

The rollout

How it works, who does what, how long it takes

About 5 to 8 hours on your side, spread over 3 to 4 weeks. We handle the rest: Folks opens your accesses, trains you and migrates your data.

Your path, step by step

While these steps are underway, we transfer your candidate profiles from the last 3 years. Nothing to do on your side.
Note that this step can sometimes take us more than a week, depending on our team’s workload.

  • 01
    Kickoff meeting
Folks opens your accesses and sets the schedule. On your side: identify who will be trained.
    Estimated time: 30 min
  • 02
    Training: setup and menus
Live, Tuesdays at 10 a.m. On your side: register your users.
    Estimated time: 1 h
  • 03
    Configuring your environment
Folks gives you a written guide and answers your questions. On your side: create your positions, processes, forms and job board connections. Plan for your IT team for the careers page (website integration and DNS) and the connection to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
    Estimated time: 2 to 4 h
  • 04
Training: day-to-day use and best practices
Live, Thursdays at 10 a.m. On your side: attend with your team.
    Estimated time: 1 h
  • 05
    Validation meeting
Folks reviews your setup. On your side: book it and bring your questions.
    Estimated time: 45 min

Your team

Who to involve on your side

  • The person responsible for recruiting (the one who will configure your positions and processes) attends both training sessions and the validation meeting.
  • An account administrator joins the kickoff meeting to open the accesses.
  • Plan for your IT team as well, on two specific points: the careers page, which requires a website integration and DNS configuration, and the connection to your Microsoft 365 tenant for the calendar, interview invitations and single sign-on. Two one-time interventions, not a mandate.
  • Your marketing/communications team, if they need to be involved for the branding portion of your careers page.

Your questions

The questions we get asked most often about the transition.

Is my invoice changing?

No. Folks ATS Standard is offered at the same rate you pay today, with no deployment or training fees. If your invoice were going to change, someone from our team would already have contacted you about it.

The Premium plan, with the artificial intelligence features, remains available if you’d like to explore it.

Am I losing my candidates?

No. We transfer your candidate profiles from the last 3 years. Only the profile is transferred, not the application history.

Do I have to redo everything?

Your active job postings have to be recreated in the new ATS. Your current careers page, on the other hand, can be kept: it will simply be plugged into the new API.

What if I do nothing?

The Legacy ATS stops working on December 31, 2026. It’s better to book your kickoff meeting now: you pick your moment instead of having it picked for you.
