2025 is coming to an end… and what a year it’s been for Folks!
New products, a complete overhaul of the platform experience, thousands of users supported, highly engaged teams, and a growing number of customers: it was time to look back and share the major projects we worked on throughout the year—along with the many achievements worth celebrating before kicking off 2026 on a high note.

A new brand identity and a new website
2025 marked a major turning point for Folks with the launch of a new visual identity and a redesigned website; clearer, more modern, and more closely aligned with our mission: simplifying the day-to-day work of HR teams.
Launch of Folks 2.0
Without a doubt one of the year’s biggest milestones: the release of Folks 2.0, an even more intuitive and scalable HR platform designed to support both the daily operations and growth of small and medium-sized businesses.
Release of Folks Payroll
Another major highlight of 2025 was the launch of Folks Payroll, our payroll solution built to seamlessly integrate into the Folks HR ecosystem, allowing us to offer our clients an all-in-one HR software that is more powerful and relevant than ever.

In 2025, Folks was also about strong numbers—and, above all, real impact:

- 9,227 job postings and 297,773 candidates created in our applicant tracking system

- On the ATS side, the Kanban view for candidate tracking, a highly anticipated feature that is transforming the way recruiters and HR teams manage their hiring processes.
Talented Teams Behind the Scenes
Our R&D team delivered an impressive year, developing six new integrations and completely redesigning the document management feature. And of course, we can’t overlook the launch of the brand-new Folks experience across our platforms, both in terms of UX and UI.
Our Customer Success and Support team truly went above and beyond, coordinating no fewer than 2,400 client meetings and achieving a 95% customer satisfaction rate. In addition, the support-managed help center recorded over 84,000 views, highlighting the value and relevance of our documentation for users.
The Marketing team also stood out by generating 1,200+ opportunities, publishing daily content on social media (you can find us on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest!), and creating over 100 blog articles on our website.
Finally, the Sales team continued to shine by welcoming more than 375 new customers to the Folks journey and taking part in approximately 10,000 conversations and demos throughout the year.
