Where is your HR data actually stored?
Employment Hero’s eOS platform stores HR data in AWS servers in both Australia and Canada. Only payroll data stays in Canada. Folks HR keeps all data on Canadian servers, full stop.
Who is setting the product roadmap?
By Employment Hero’s own admission, the product was “effectively rebuilt” from Sydney after acquisition. Canadian-specific features must now compete with global priorities set in Australia.

Will your price hold at renewal?
Employment Hero has said existing contracts are honoured “until renewal.” With an unprofitable Canadian unit needing revenue growth, pricing pressure at renewal is a real risk.
