You asked, we listened! Now you can mark specific fields as mandatory in your self-onboarding forms. No more incomplete profiles or missing critical information — if a field is required, new hires won’t be able to skip it. This means cleaner data from day one and fewer back-and-forth emails chasing down essential details. Perfect for ensuring compliance and completeness right from the start.

Better Candidate Insights with City Data in Your ATS Reports
Understanding where your candidates are coming from just got easier. We’ve added the City field to the “Detailed Web Applications” report in Folks ATS. Whether you’re analyzing regional recruitment trends or planning your talent sourcing strategy, this small addition gives you sharper insights into your candidate pool’s geographic distribution.

- Folks HRIS: SSO Login: Users created in an SSO environment now properly switch to “active” status upon their first login using the company code.
- Folks HRIS: Excel Export: The salary and annual salary columns now display correctly in employee summary exports, and status values match what you see in employee profiles and summaries.
- Folks ATS: Career Page URLs: Fixed URL generation for English-speaking accounts — now correctly displays, ensuring career pages load properly.
- Folks ATS: Candidate Calendar: When the “notify candidate” checkbox is unchecked, notifications and calendar events are now properly prevented.
- Folks ATS: Degrees & Licenses Widget: Corrected the display issue where degree values appeared under the “Country” label.
- Folks ATS: Job Status: Canceled and filled positions now automatically switch to “offline” status as intended.
- Folks Payroll Sync: Fixed payroll exclusion synchronization — when an employee is excluded from payroll in Folks, they’re now properly excluded in NMBR as well.
- Folks Payroll: Send to Payroll Button: Approved and locked timesheet hours now transfer correctly to your payroll system on the first attempt.
- Folks Payroll: Return-to-Work Employees: Resolved timesheet sync issues for employees returning to work — their hours now flow smoothly.
